Originally released in 1977 as a long-distance running shoe, the Nike LD-1000 was renowned for its lightweight construction and sleek design. Featuring mesh uppers met with suede overlays, rounded out with sail midsoles, white Swooshes and of the iconic 1970s Nike logo on the tongue.
